1. Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

Items that cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

Digital products (e.g., downloadable software, event entries, or eBooks)

Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:

A refund will be processed to your original payment method

You will receive the credit within a certain number of days (depending on your bank or card issuer)
Please Note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable

If your order included free shipping, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund

Original payment processing fees (e.g., PayFast) may also be non-refundable
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
4. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless:

You received the wrong product
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
