DRI Shuttle Day at Fort Klapperkop

It’s time for that much-anticipated DRI shuttle day at Fort Klapperkop.

Before we get stuck into race day, I’m opening up the track for a proper day of riding, shuttling and getting those lines dialled in.

We’ll be starting inside the Fort, which means you get to experience the Fort in a whole new way. There’s some proper urban riding in there — stairs, narrow concrete sections, awkward lines and plenty of stuff that looks a lot more fun once you’re rolling down it.

There may still be a few changes before DRI race day, but this is your chance to get a feel for the terrain, figure out your lines and generally have a jol on the track before things get serious.

Bring the bike, bring your mates and come spend the day riding with us. Get a few laps in, try some different lines, work out what works for you, and enjoy the Fort without a clock breathing down your neck.

Shuttle fee: R280 per rider, including Fort entrance.

You can pay on the day — just show your receipt when you arrive.

Parking is at the top, inside the Fort.
